Moore Park Beach is joining the cafe culture and will have its own eggs breakfast outdoor dining experience from Saturday.
Brett and Belinda Clark have enjoyed a positive reaction from the local community since opening Busy B’z Bakery last month and they’re now spreading their wings.
Brett said he makes a “mean eggs bene” and he hopes locals and visitors will take up the offer.
“We’ll be introducing more menu options in the near future,” he told Bundaberg Now.
“The community has been absolutely phenomenal; we genuinely love it here.
“The people are truly wonderful. We’re trying the breakfast idea to just do something new.
“None of the local stores do brekkies and I cook a mean eggs bene. Everyone is more than welcome to come in and have a crack.”
We think Brett means trying the menu, instead of cracking their own eggs.
Outdoor tables are available and bookings are recommended, call 0408 002 459.
Brett and Belinda moved to Moore Park Beach from Mundubbera and appreciate the enthusiastic support they have received so far from locals.
Bundaberg Regional Council divisional councillor Jason Bartels last month welcomed Brett and Belinda to the community.
“It’s terrific to see their enthusiasm and energy being invested into the business,” Cr Bartels said.
“I wish them all the best and encourage local residents to give them every support.”
