A new online map has been created to help residents find one of 4128 parking spaces in the Bundaberg CBD.
The map is colour coded to show where car parking is potentially available and for how long.
It also identifies taxi ranks, bus stops and caravan parking areas. It's not a real-time service.
Bundaberg Regional Council Community and Environment general manager Gavin Steele said the map would help motorists to plan ahead for their trip.
“We have had some feedback from residents that they find it hard to locate all-day parking within the CBD area,” Mr Steele said.
“This map makes it simple and easy to identify where time limits or restrictions apply to certain parking spaces.
“Before heading to town you can check the map to be across your parking options whether you’re looking for one of the 1325 all-day parking spaces or a disabled park.”
The CBD parking map is available on Council’s website. It will be regularly updated as any changes to parking regulations are made.
