Avanti Collections, a West Bundaberg fashion boutique that prides itself on being very “hands on” with their valued clients, has evolved in the current conditions to be “contactless” but still give the same level of service.
Owner Margaret Strano said she had done a lot of research on what would be best for her and her customers.
“It’s important that I protect my customers’ wellbeing, as well as myself as I’m working solo in the Shop and to also protect my beautiful garments,” Margaret said.
“Suppliers have been very supportive.
“By remaining calm and everyone working together following the Australian and Queensland Government Rules and Guidelines, we will come out the other side, first and foremost safe and well.
Margaret has the front door of Avanti Collections locked for safety reasons but will be there to look after customers when they need her.
“There’s always something to do, the Shop is sparkling with cleanliness.
“I decided especially for my vulnerable customers, the sick, or family not well and the over 65s we need to be mindful and respectful and keep the shop safe.”
Customers can knock on the door or phone through if there’s something they are interested in buying.
If customers have pre-arranged to buy something, Margaret can bring the parcel to the door or their car, along with her eftpos machine; or arrange delivery in the Bundaberg area.
“For those who would like to come into the store to see clothes and try them on we will have a limit of two people in the store at any one time.
“I will open the door for them so they’re not touching those surfaces and will be following all social distancing and hygiene standards. To check the latest fashions at Avanti Collections, you can follow them on Facebook, Instagram or by phoning 4153 5484.
