A 15-unit residential development situated near the Bargara Golf Course and close to the beach and shopping facilities has just been approved.
The development application was recently submitted to Bundaberg Regional Council by Bargara High Tide Pty Ltd for a Material Change of Use for the construction of 15 multiple dwelling at 126 Miller Street.
The development will feature units made up of two, three and four bedroom designs through both single and two storey buildings.
Each lot size will range from 233 square metres to 320 square metres and no two unit designs will be the same.
A new road with adjoining cul-de-sac will be constructed through the development with eight visitor parking spaces featured at the rear of the site.
The development site is located on vacant land at the corner of Miller Street and Baxter Street, Bargara.
Across the road to the west is the Bargara Golf Course and to the south across Baxter Street is the Bargara Golf Course Clubhouse and associated car park.
The site is about 350 metres south-east of central Bargara.
