Arts and entertainment lovers are in for a treat with the talent and shows featured in the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre's new program.

Arts and entertainment lovers are in for a treat with an outstanding and diverse line up of talent and shows featured in the newest Moncrieff Entertainment Centre program.

With a feast of comedy shows taking to the centre stage there will be lots of laughter to be had during the autumn quarter.

Much-loved ABC television star and Tik Tok performer Jimmy Rees will perform his Let’s Get Regional show in one of the biggest comedy tours of recent years.

The hilarious Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow is celebrating its 26th annual tour and will showcase the finest and freshest talents from the festival. Dave O’Neil’s new show Overweight Lightweight will also guarantee lots of laughs for theatre patrons.

The whole family can enjoy an unforgettable evening of beloved classical music and new Australian compositions when the Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra presents its Camerata in Concert show.

All ages will be delighted by the Monkey Baa Theatre Company’s award-winning production of The Peasant Prince, which tells the children’s version of Li Cunxin’s autobiography Mao’s Last Dancer.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of the retro film screening of Grease last year, the Moncrieff Entertainment centre will be showcasing the 80’s cult classic and whimsical movie Xanadu.

While one of the most talked about films for 2024, the award-winning British romantic fantasy, All of Us Strangers will be screened in June to celebrate Pride Month.

Music lovers will be entertained by a variety of first-class tribute performances honouring iconic bands.

Audiences can delight in celebrating the hits of INXS, Pink Floyd, and Bjorn Again with its ABBA Waterloo 50th anniversary tribute tour.

The year ahead calendar included in the program gives theatre goers the perfect opportunity to make their entertainment plans and book tickets for upcoming movies and performances for 2024.
