Recycling e-waste rather than sending it to landfill helps to protect the environment by preventing toxic chemicals from polluting the ecosystem.

e-waste includes computer equipment and small electrical items such as:

  • Computers and laptops
  • Kettles
  • TVs
  • Tablets
  • Microwaves
  • Toasters
  • Anything with a plug!

Remember: e-waste is recycled by a third party, therefore it will not be recycled if placed in your green or yellow wheelie bin.

Be sure to sort your load prior to leaving home.
