Bundaberg Regional Council will install an urban sealed verge on Lihs Street, Elliott Heads between Welch Street and Park Street, as indicated on the map above.
Work is planned to commence mid-October 2023 and will be undertaken on weekdays between 6 am and 5 pm.
Weather permitting, the work will be completed within five weeks.
During construction, sections of the road will be subject to traffic management measures and will have the appropriate signage to guide pedestrians and motorists.
Resident in the area will be informed where to place their wheelie bin prior to the day of collection where construction works conflict with refuse collection.
Bundaberg Regional Council is aware of the inconvenience construction work causes and thanks residents and road users in advance for their patience and co-operation.
