Making Christmas shopping easy, the Mumma’s Nest Markets will showcase the works of artisans and makers at Bundaberg Regional Council’s Christmas in the Precinct event.
Dazzling and delighting the community, the market extravaganza will be a joyful Christmas shopping experience in the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct Pavilion.
Kicking off the Christmas in the Precinct festivities from 2 pm on Saturday 9 December, the markets will come alive with 75 stalls offering an array of treats and treasures.
It will offer the perfect opportunity to find a unique handmade gift or delicious festive delicacy while supporting local creatives and small businesses.
Mumma's Nest Market Coordinator Hannah Jacobs said the team was thrilled to be a part of the Christmas in the Precinct event.
“We have curated a market that will be overflowing with the spirit of the season,” Hannah said.
“It's a fantastic opportunity to bring the community together, support local artisans, and celebrate the joy of Christmas.”
Mumma’s Nest Market co-coordinator Lisa-Marie Gallwey added that the collaboration with Bundaberg Regional Council had been outstanding.
“Together, we are creating an event that will be one for the Bundaberg community to remember,” Lisa-Marie said.
“It's a celebration of unity, holiday cheer, and the joy of giving.”
In the true spirit of the season Mumma's Nest will be supporting the Mayor's Christmas Cheer Appeal with dedicated volunteers onsite to accept donations during the event.
Markets and more at Christmas in the Precinct
Rides, activities, roving entertainment, food trucks and more will be onsite to entertain the whole family with the concert starting at 6 pm.
Featuring Bella Canna String Quintet, Encore Dance Studio and Christmas carols performed by The Diamonds, Marina Prior and RICKI-LEE, the concert will have the whole family enjoying the festive fun.
